The boiler won't fire or hold pressure at all, not just running low.
Leave the property, get everyone into fresh air, then call the Gas Emergency Number 0800 111 999, then us.
Smell gas? Don’t call us first — call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 immediately, then get in touch with us once it’s safe.

Have used Gavin at GH Heating for a few years for our boiler. Earlier this week I had a problem with our water supply upstairs and rang GH on the off chance they could help. If we’ve got space that day, we’ll get to you the same day — otherwise it’s the next working day. Emergency call-outs are always prioritised over routine work, and we’ll give you a realistic time.
We’ll always confirm the call-out cost with you on the phone before anyone comes out, and give you a fixed price for any repair before work starts.
Yes — call the same number. Out-of-hours call-outs carry a different rate, which we’ll confirm with you upfront.
That’s fine — we’d rather you call and be wrong than sit without heat overnight. We’ll advise honestly and book routine work in the normal way if that’s a better fit.
