What we look for
The kind of engineer who’d fit in.
Every role is different, but this is broadly what we’re looking for across the team.
- Current ACS certifications — typically CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1, depending on the role.
- At least three years’ experience in servicing, fault diagnosis and repair.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong customer service — you’ll often be the only person from GH Heating a customer meets, and how you handle that matters as much as the technical work.
- Comfortable working independently, from routine servicing through to emergency call-outs and fault-finding.
