Commercial Boiler Installation
Specified, installed and commissioned by the team that will maintain it afterwards — for schools, industrial units and retail sites across Essex and Suffolk.
Where it starts
The specification matters more than the boiler.
Most commercial installs that go wrong were specified wrong, not fitted wrong. Plant that is oversized cycles itself to death and costs a fortune to run; plant that is undersized never gets the building warm and gets blamed for it. Getting that judgement right needs someone who has seen the building, not a figure off a spreadsheet.
We survey first, every time, and we tell you what the site actually needs — which is occasionally less than you were expecting to buy.
What the job includes
Specified, fitted, commissioned, documented.
- Full site survey and heat loss assessment
- Specification and a fixed written quote
- Removal and safe disposal of the existing plant
- Installation, pipework alterations and flue work
- Cascade systems where redundancy matters
- Controls, zoning and system pressurisation
- Commissioning, handover and all certification
How it works
Planned around your building, not ours.
Commercial installs are scheduled around when the building can lose its heating — school holidays, shutdown weeks, out-of-hours periods in retail. That window is usually fixed and immovable, so we plan backwards from it and order plant early rather than hoping.
You get one point of contact throughout, and the engineers who commission the system are the ones who will service it afterwards. There is nobody to hand the problem to.

Common questions
What people ask about commercial Boiler Installation.
How long does a commercial install take?
It depends entirely on the plant and the site — a single unit swap can be a couple of days, a full plant room replacement is a project measured in weeks. We give you a programme with the quote so you can plan around it, and we work to it.
Can the work happen during a school holiday?
Yes, and for schools it usually does. Six weeks is enough for most plant room work if it is planned properly and the equipment is ordered in good time. The failure mode is leaving the decision until July, so the earlier the survey the better.
Do you handle the flue and any building work?
Flue design and installation, yes — it is part of the job and getting it wrong is the most common serious fault we find on other people’s installs. Structural or builders work we coordinate rather than carry out ourselves, and we will say clearly what sits outside our scope.
What about redundancy — can we avoid a single point of failure?
That is what cascade systems are for. Several smaller boilers working together mean one failing does not close the building, and the system modulates better across the year. It costs more up front and it is usually the right call on a site that cannot afford to shut.
Will you maintain it afterwards?
Yes, and we would rather. Plant we installed and commissioned is plant we know, which makes servicing faster and diagnosis more accurate.
