Harwich is a historic port town, and its housing shows it: mostly terraced homes, and around half of them built before 1919, with a lot of flats among them.
Most homes are on mains gas, though a fair number of flats run on electric heating instead. Older terraces often mean tighter flue routes and older pipework, so we survey before we price.

Have used Gavin at GH Heating for a few years for our boiler. Earlier this week I had a problem with our water supply upstairs and rang GH on the off chance they could help. Gavin arrived first thing next morning and identified the problem, went for a new part and fitted and tested system before lunchtime that day.
