How our pricing works.
Every price here includes VAT, so it is the figure on your invoice. Repairs are charged for the visit, then in half-hour blocks, and we tell you the cost before we start.

Heating with oil?
Oil-fired boilers need a different service — burner strip-down, nozzle change and baffle clean. The oil plan covers all of it for £14 a month inc. VAT.

Depends on the boiler, where it goes and what the pipework will support, so we survey free and give you a fixed price in writing. 0% finance available.
Pricing questions
The things people ask about cost.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. For anything beyond the standard rates on this page we survey first and give you a fixed price in writing, and that is the figure on the invoice. If we find something during the job that changes it, we stop and tell you before carrying on rather than adding it at the end.
Do you charge a call-out fee on top of these prices?
No. The attendance figure in the repairs table is the call-out — there is not a second charge bolted on underneath it. Parts are extra and always quoted before they are fitted.
Why does it cost more in the evening or at a weekend?
Because someone is coming out to you outside their working hours. We will always tell you the out-of-hours rate on the phone before agreeing to come, and if the job can safely wait until the morning we will say so and save you the difference.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Surveys and quotes are free and there is no obligation attached to either. We would rather look properly and lose the job than price it blind and get it wrong.
