Commercial Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Plant room servicing, breakdown repairs and planned maintenance for schools, factories, retail and supermarket sites across Essex and Suffolk.
Why it matters
A plant room failure is a closed building.
A domestic boiler failing is an uncomfortable evening. A commercial one failing is a school sending children home, a shop floor nobody will stand in, or a production line stopped. The cost is almost never the repair — it is the hours the building could not be used.
Planned servicing is the cheapest insurance against that, because most commercial failures announce themselves months in advance to anyone looking. We service to keep the plant running, and we tell you what is wearing out before it fails rather than after.
What we cover
From single units to full plant rooms.
- Commercial gas boilers, single and cascaded
- Plant room servicing and planned preventative maintenance
- Breakdown repairs and fault diagnosis
- Pumps, valves, controls and system pressurisation
- Warm air units and radiant tube heaters
- Unvented and pressurised hot water systems
- Compliance paperwork issued and kept current
Where a site has several buildings or several boilers, we work to one schedule across the lot rather than treating each as a separate job. It is cheaper for you and it means nothing quietly falls off the list.
How it works
Site visit, schedule, then it runs itself.
We come out and look at what you have — number of buildings, age and type of plant, what is prompting the enquiry. You get a written quote covering the work and the schedule. After that, servicing happens on the agreed dates and the paperwork arrives without you chasing it.
Repairs sit outside that. If something fails between visits, you call the same number and speak to the same team, and we tell you honestly whether it is a repair or whether the unit is at the end of its life.

Common questions
What people ask about commercial Boiler Servicing & Repairs.
How often should a commercial boiler be serviced?
At least annually, and many manufacturers and insurers want more than that on larger plant. The honest answer depends on the boiler, its age and how hard it works — a school boiler running eight months a year is a different case to a warehouse unit running constantly. We will tell you what the plant actually needs rather than sell you a schedule it does not.
Can you work outside our operating hours?
Yes, and for most of our commercial customers that is the point. Schools get holiday windows, retail gets early mornings or overnight, factories get shutdowns. We plan the work around when the building is empty rather than when it suits us.
Do you take on planned maintenance contracts?
Yes. A contract means the servicing is scheduled, the compliance paperwork stays current, and you are not the person remembering when it was last done. Multi-site portfolios go on one schedule so the certificates do not drift out of sync.
What if a boiler fails between services?
Call the same number. Commercial breakdowns get prioritised, and because the same engineers service your site they usually know the plant before they arrive, which is most of the diagnosis done already.
Do you work on plant we did not install?
Almost always — most of what we service was installed by somebody else. We will tell you if we find something we are not prepared to sign off, and why.
