Boiler installs, servicing and repairs across Witham and the villages around it — gas and oil.
Local to Witham
Witham is an old market town that grew into a commuter town on the mainline into London, and most of its housing dates from that growth: mostly terraced homes and flats, built from the 1950s onwards, with a lot of newer homes among them.
Most homes are on mains gas, but a fair number — mostly flats — run on electric heating instead.
The villages around it are more varied. Coggeshall has a lot of homes from before 1919, and out at Rivenhall some homes are on oil. We’re OFTEC registered as well as Gas Safe, so both are covered.
Each district below has its own line on what its housing is like.
Excellent. Gavin provided a clear and competitive quote, arrived on time on the due date and delivered an excellent service. All plumbing works were superb, with a neat and tidy approach to the work and a clean space after completion. I know finding a good plumber is hard – Gavin was great!Read full review

Have used Gavin at GH Heating for a few years for our boiler. Earlier this week I had a problem with our water supply upstairs and rang GH on the off chance they could help. Gavin arrived first thing next morning and identified the problem, went for a new part and fitted and tested system before lunchtime that day. Excellent service as always and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.Read full review
Gavin was very helpful over the phone in our initial conversation about our broken boiler and was able to attend the next day. He was very thorough and even came back later in the day with another part that was needed to finish the job to fit around my commitments. He was polite and friendly and I felt very confident in his knowledge and skills. I would recommend Gavin to anyone who asked and won't hesitate to hire him again for future work.Read full review
I used GH Heating services to install a new oil boiler, and was very satisfied with the service. I dealt with Gavin who was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions. The installation was conducted within the expected timeframe, and the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. The new boiler is working as expected, and a warranty has been arranged with Gavin for 5 years to handle any product issues that may occur.Read full review
