Gavin has been servicing my gas boiler since he had to replace it's 38 year old predecessor, after I called him out to attempt to get it working. I now have to protect the 10 year warranty with an annual service including a filter change. Gavin offers a very reliable service, with a reminder and invitation to book a time slot to maintain the service history. I am always happy with the service offered and Gavin is a very friendly engineer.

Gavin was very helpful over the phone in our initial conversation about our broken boiler and was able to attend the next day. He was very thorough and even came back later in the day with another part that was needed to finish the job to fit around my commitments. He was polite and friendly and I felt very confident in his knowledge and skills. I would recommend Gavin to anyone who asked and won't hesitate to hire him again for future work.

Have used Gavin at GH Heating for a few years for our boiler. Earlier this week I had a problem with our water supply upstairs and rang GH on the off chance they could help. Gavin arrived first thing next morning and identified the problem, went for a new part and fitted and tested system before lunchtime that day. Excellent service as always and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.
